Pray For Our Lost Children
“Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.” (Exodus 20:12 – 5th of the 10 Commandments)
Post by Kevin Hart.
“For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.” (Leviticus 20:9)

An amazing independent movie maker, Tim Alexander did two films that has drawn my attention back to the truth that some of our young people are in severe states of crisis. If you have not seen his movies A MOTHER’S LOVE or DIARY OF A TIRED BLACK MAN, I highly recommend these films to anyone who wants to take an entertaining and objective look at what’s going on and why now is the time to step up on healing relationships.
At least their pants are already sagging so whatever caring adults readjust the children’s actions have one less step in the process. Whoever said we should not spank children (I think it was Dr. Spock whose grandson Peter committed suicide) got it dead wrong. We have to stop failing our children like this and help them set standards of decency. Now would be nice.

Earlier this year on his Facebook page, Filmmaker Tim Alexander
put these 2 children in the videos on top of this blog entry. As a description to one he wrote:
“Wow, is this an angry violent baby? Look at his facial
expression. Somebody needs a daddy! What happens when he is to big to say go to
your room too? Then what? A face says a lot... Look deep into his eyes, even if
he is a toddler, the face still talks, I know my sons faces did and do. There
faces show LOVE.”
I’ve always agreed that people who don’t have children
should not try to tell folks with children what to do, until now. We have so
many lost children that it is time for us to have a conversation, all hands on
deck.
What the hell is wrong with these
lost children’s parents to have either created and/or stand for that behavior?
Shouldn’t those children be looking
for their gums to put their teeth back in for talking like that?
How are they standing long enough
to make those faces and talk to their parents like that?
Shouldn’t they be air borne by now?
One of the first lessons in life should be that actions have
consequences. I am not encouraging children be abused like many of us
were up until the 1960’s, just an occasional tightening up. Without it no telling what kinds of monsters
are being created.
