Many police need extreme mental health treatment, NOW! Otherwise, they will end up bankrupting the towns with lawsuits. $3.5 million - WTF! For what happened to him and with the advent of ICE, many others, the lawsuit reward number should be so much higher.

Cochise County Courts - 4 years later and you're still wrong for terrorizing me

COCHISE COUNTY COURTS - HAVE YOU STOPPED TERRIZING CITIZENS YET OVER YOUR DRESS CODE? It's been almost 4 years since I was threatened at at the court in Bisbee with a warrant for a failure to appear even though I was there. It's still traumatic though I go forward despite your terrorist threat. You know how police treat people like me.

I wore the best I had and the police at the court threatened to issue a warrant for my arrest for a failure to appear even though I was there on a court ordered family health issue. Jeans and a tank top was my crime against an unwritten law that put my life in danger of execution by court cop.

This is Arizona. It get's hot here, especially for someone with epilepsy. I had a grand mal seizure in 2014 plus 3 more that sent me to the hospital for days. No mercy for me. Just terror so bad I passed out on the courthouse stairs. A warrant for my arrest for failure to appear even though I was there.

I live in McNeal and could not have made it back in time for the court in Bisbee. I felt as though I was being set up for execution, especially in light of Miracle Valley over a warrant.

The horror has stayed with me, overcome daily, as I still have that ugly trump orange prison jacket I had to wear as I walked through court to get to the hearing.

Without handcuffs I was also in danger of being mistaken for a prisoner who had broken free of their cuffs. Really it was the ugliest orange I've ever seen - I was in danger of being caught dead in a prison jacket by a police error. If you don't understand, the jacket was a target for the uninformed. Any police officer could have executed me for not being cuffed outside of the court.

Really, jeans & a tank top was my crime against your unwritten dress code. I read everything on line at the time and there was no court dress code. I broke no written law and the result is years of pain.

I have not been back to Bisbee since.

What's next? Are you just going to murder me on the streets of McNeal since you can't find any law I've broken. Within a couple of years of that horror the county also doubled the land required to open a farm from 10 to 20 acres. If I had done what I came here to do, open a farm, I would have been a criminal because this place is only 10 acres.

I DID NOTHING WRONG! When the police came to where I live they were so nice when they recommended my stepdaughter go to court for help to get treatment. No crime was committed by her. A telemarketer called when he heard her screaming at us. She's diagnosed.

[I won't even go into the shock of police cars pulling up for the crime of making noise when even my neighbor across the street was staying with us due to her health issues. Is this is a county that persecutes people who do their best to help others?]

The court date came. Then, I was turned over to the court police to be terrorized after the sheriff's men had completed what felt like a set up when I got to court.

If I had not put on that ugly jacket or a t-shirt, I would not be alive today. The t-shirt was dirty. I would not have handled an arrest warrant and though I am a committed non-violent person, the police would have shot me dead as a result of the words that would come out of my mouth.

I'm 70 and I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED IN MY LIFE. 4 YEARS LATER THE HORROR OF THAT DAY OF JUDICIAL TERROR LIVES ON AGAINST ME FOR BREAKING AN UNWRITTEN DRESS CODE!

Is there any way for the court to not terrorize people with a warrant for their arrest at least in a family health matters for not having the clothes you want? There is no Saks Fifth Avenue in Bisbee! It is difficult enough to deal with family health issues without the court terrorizing people.

What excuse do I have to look out for now all these years later to not be entrapped in a legal snare without breaking a law so the police can come and Breonna Taylor me?

Penalties For Screaming In Arizona

Does anybody else remember when it was legal to be human in America? One can be arrested in Arizona for screaming, or in the case of the video above, punched in the head. So much for freedom of speech and religion.

In the 1980's I was a volunteer suicide prevention counselor for Dr. Norman Vincent Peale's hotline in NYC. I doubt that even he could comprehend that one could go to jail for going outside and screaming 

"I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME".

Awhile back I called my local police station and asked the question 'If I go outside and scream could I be arrested?' The police told me yes I could be arrested unless I own property and screamed on my own property.

So I didn't go out and scream since the consequences were worse than the pain experienced. Even though I've had 2 major and a series of minor brain seizures in the last 2.5 years, one a grand mal that killed me, I'm keeping the stress down, pushing it inside. It's the law.

After this election, where it's illegal for me to vote due to Voter ID laws passed in 2010 (I was legally registered to vote before that), the urge to just scream is powerful once again. One does not have to do anything to be framed for a crime for whatever reason the police decide. Out here the police are not above planting evidence as documented in the video below

So, I am doing my best not to be at the mercy of police who terrorize citizens for sport. Since the time to deal with a crisis, like the police planting a crack pipe on me like they did to the woman above, I am working to be able to have a right to honest speech. Not yelling fire in a crowded theater, just the right to go outside and make noise. 

Since I tried the police office, who would make the decision to execute me or not if I screamed, I called my local prosecutor's office. They told me that the penalties for a scream if someone calls the police (I would not know that until after I screamed) are:

Minimum - Nothing (not counting legal fees and lost time in jail).

Maximum - up to 3 years probation, $2,500 fine (plus the cost of an attorney) and 6 months in jail.

In both places I was referred to AZ state revised statue 13-2904

When I read that again I called the prosecutor's office back to get their definition of the word "intent", since my intent would be to relieve stress, a leading cause of death in America, not to disturb the peace. 

Laughing, praying and screaming can be at the same decibel level, so now that I think about it, since I laugh loudly, I'm going to have to get a grip on that. I was asking for the guidelines for how do the police determine "intent". 

The prosecutor's office did not know, told me they already answered my question and I was referred to

If my intent is to relieve the pain pressure from the series of seizures I've had but it disturbs the peace, can the local police legally execute me if they think the phone is a gun? Two Serious Brain Seizures In 5 Months, This Healing Is Going To Be Fun

As Rev. Della Reese said on Touched By An Angel 'I can't wait to see how God is going to fix this mess!' Oh the healing possibilities.

What's going on?

I am J. Nayer Hardin, founder of and a conductor on the Computer Underground Railroad. I'm 62 years old, lived a well, happy life of service, still working on being 100 years old when I grow up, if I decide to grow up then. I've been healthy my whole life until this year. 

On July 19, 2014 I had a grand mal seizure that resulted in 10 days in the hospital. I had one of those death experiences that Betty Eadie wrote about in Embraced By The Light. In November, 2014 I had a regular brain seizure, maybe as a result of the small brain tumor I was told I have that's probably benign and I will dissolve, or running out of Keppra while lost in the medical system. This last seizure only required just a few days in the hospital.  I should not have been surprised. In addition to the folks referenced in the video above who were healthy and are suddenly developing brain seizures and dying, there were the bald eagles in Utah who last year were reported to be suffering and dying from health issues including brain seizures.  

I got the confirmation 3 days before the brain seizure meds ran out so owing over $250,000 in medical debt, I am in no position to ask for more medical help in the event of another seizure. Who knew that when I was fighting for a single payer insurance plan I was fighting for myself.

If the love of my life, Sherwood Akuna was not with me both times I had seizures, I would probably be dead. He did not listen to me when I said all I wanted to do was lay down and I'd be all right. I was wrong. If my beloved sister Robin Hardin who flew from Detroit to Vegas did not demand that the doctors not put in a picc line, I suspect I'd be dead by now also. If my family/friends Esteban Granados, Chef Ashbell McElveen, Toni and Lloyd Hardin and Addie M. Miller had not shared financially, the journey would have been a lot rougher than it was. 

And of course, most importantly, I'm being held up by the blessing of angels and both folks I know and don't know who are praying for me. I am already the recipient of many miracles in this process. 

Being denied health coverage is one of those Catch 22 situations. I have been through so much since 1984 I can't remember my social security number, so the government has determined that I am to die by law. According to the United States government 42 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 435.913 and the state of Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) R9-22-1408, because I don't have picture ID, it is illegal for me to qualify for government emergency insurance.  I have a birth certificate, baptismal certificate, patent, corporate book, plenty of folks who can identify me including a large family and friends, job history, but that's not good enough. My government has determined I am unworthy of life though the only time I was arrested in my life was when I was under house arrest at an election because I made too much noise when I saw two democrats go into a voting booth with another democrat to tell him how to vote. Today they just would have shot me for making so much noise. 

Fortunately I am old enough to know that nothing is impossible, not even healing this cancer and stopping these brain seizures.  Everything happens for a reason so to the best of my ability this is not the exception to that rule. I'm going to have to fix this myself, maybe being able to help others dealing with the same situation. 

The first step in solving a problem is finding the root cause. I'm initially looking at Colgate Total toothpaste and/or the increased radiation levels from New Mexico, Fukushima and 20th century nuclear testing done in Nevada as at least part of the root causes of the seizures. 

Why? I've lived in in Lake Havasu City, Arizona since 2000 with the exception of 2 years when due to another family member's illness we had to be in Los Angeles to get her health care in place. LHC is between where the Carlsbad, NM nuclear waste accident happened in in February, 2014 and the Fukushima radiation that hit the west coast to the point where it could not be denied in July.  There are reports that though tuna caught off the west coast of California had Fukushima's radiation in them it's still safe. I don't eat animals or fish, vegetarian for almost 10 years, so I'm not saying it's the fish, just the radiation levels that should be considered, not assumed as having an impact on an otherwise healthy person.  

Add to that the nuclear testing that happened in the last century in Nevada and I should have seen it coming. I did write extensively about Fukushima but it was as though it was from a distance. Today, it does not seem so distant.

Prayer is helping me connect the dots revealing solutions in so many wonderful ways. As an old soul, whenever I get sick (a cold) or injured I look for the cause, remove it and heal by the technique which is best described by Niro Markoff, work with the Healer Within. It's how my brother friend Bernard Hirschenson and I created CompUrest, an armrest that got rid of my extensive computer injuries in 30 days. Back in the late 1980's I had every computer injury in the book except a brain tumor. My right arm was paralyzed twice, I lost my ability to walk once, and my body was in a constant state of upper body pain. Since the problem was stress, as in repetitive stress injuries, the solution was support. More than a quarter century later, the injuries never returned.

When the problem is too much radiation, the solution is to reduce the radiation levels to safe levels and heal the damage. Fukushima and other leaking nuclear facilities could be messing with life on an atomic level.

Here's a bit more research on possible causes. Please add / share your ideas.

1. I have been on computers about 40 years, full time since 1977. I've read about health problems from the old CRTs but this is a long time after that so this leads the secondary list of possible causes. I've also avoided cell phones.

5. Fallout from the Nevada nuclear testing sites during the last century.

One of the fun parts about being an inventor is understanding there is no need to re-invent the wheel, though many ways to modify it for greater use. 

So, what's the healing strategy?

"Once I learned I could do without, the rest was relatively easy' said Dr. E. K. Ross in her book The Wheel Of Life. Health is on the short list of things it is best not to do without.

The healing strategy I'm adapting is the one best described in Niro Markoff's book "Why I Survive AIDS", page 190 "God is the true healer. Healing is being whole with God." Niro has great techniques in her book on doing that.

I'll continue to ask for medical support and guidance while dealing with the reality of the day. I am blessed to know some really good souls in the medical community, like Dr. Leroy Vaughn, MD, MBA, Historian, Humanitarian, Author so I have a person who I can ask the complex questions of, not to be confused with I can afford a neurologist, which is what I need for this process. Dr. Jeri Rose is also a great advisor of alternative and chiropractic medical disciplines. As a missionary I've already invested everything I had into my work, so I don't have money but I do have grace.

The initial response is in process. In addition to continue my studying A Course In Miracles book which I've been doing daily since it found me in 1985, to more prayer time to re-read / study more many of my favorite inspirational books like "Science and Health with Keys To The Scriptures", "Science Of Mind" and of course my childhood Holy Book, The Bible.

Worldly options I'm praying on based on past research as an activist for solutions are medical marijuana, Dr. Joel Wallach's vitamins & minerals, and MMS:

A. Cannabis. Of course my beloved Hemp For Victory: The Wonder Herb medical marijuana is part of the reason I stayed healthy most of my life. I'll be getting my card through Paul Stanford's THCF Medical Clinics - CRRH. Since the cause of the grand mal seizure is abnormal electrical activity throughout the brain, a solution of cannabis as a way to help manage electrical activity like it does with the emotions of love, belief, anger and fear. In addition to smoking, I'll be using some cannabis oil to get this healed fast.

How Senator Hillary Clinton Answered the 9/11 & 9/13 calls

I do support Senator Barack Obama for president.

As an independent voter in Arizona , I really did try to stay silent on the subject of the candidacy of Hillary Clinton. On this side of her 3 am ad, I am compelled to note her track record of response to national crisis, using 9/11 as an example.

When I tried to contact her office at the time on the issue, the posting said to contact my senator here in Arizona, Senator John McCain. I did and nothing constructive came from his office either. Senator Obama’s responsibility was not in New York or AZ, so I didn’t contact him. Didn’t even know of him at the time.

As Senator of the state of New York , Senator Clinton has a leadership responsibility to New Yorkers. She had access to the media to speak common sense in the face of lunacy. In times of crisis, the power that resides in her office can command the attention necessary to get things done to save lives.

Yet, when she got the call that her state was under attack on 9/11, what did she do?

1. At the first sign of trouble, though she claims to be military alert, did anybody in her office noticed that the military was on stand down in war games at the time?

“8:30 a.m. September 11, 2001: US Military Holding ‘Practice Armageddon’ Nationwide Training Exercise called Global Guardian, an annual military exercise.”

After the first plane hit, should not somebody in her office been on the phone to the military about what was up? Her state was under attack. Should she release those communication records?

2. When the city was put on lock down, did Senator Clinton demand citizens be evacuated or was she silent in the face of New Yorkers unable to leave the site where the toxic dust was airborne, landing on food, water, clothing, books and buildings?

3. When the buildings were exploded, as demonstrated in the videos of the day, did Senator Clinton tell the people of New York to get out of there. or did she stay silent on the obvious health dangers?

4. Did Senator Clinton pull out all the stops to get the first responders and residents protective gear when they needed it most?

5. On September 13th, when the EPA said the air was safe to breathe and the water safe to drink, did she snatch the hair off the head of the EPA director and demand that she tell the people the truth about the danger they were in being exposed to, a long list of toxic chemicals?

6. When it came out that the White House altered the report about the dangers in the dust, did you hear Senator Clinton demand that those suffering receive some sort of immediate reparations and health care package?

Why did the 9/11 heroes have to recently march on Washington to get help? Isn’t that why New Yorkers sent her back to Washington in the first place?

7. Has Senator Clinton called for an independent investigation into the events of 9/11 which includes the massive amount of information on 9/11 as an inside job?

So, once we get the answers to those questions, we can better determine how she will answer the phone at 3 am?
