My heart is screaming to the people who live around the Gulf of Mexico and wherever else that oil travels.  MOVE INLAND NOW.  We are all at fault here, starting with me and my use of gasoline, centrally delivered electricity, petroleum based plastics and home heating oil.

We need to be in the process of building cities from hemp on unused federal land as large coastal populations require relocation as a result of our addiction to toxic energy manifesting as what's called the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. 

Based on results, our government and corporations have been lying to us about the crisis in the Gulf of Mexico.  Like Malcolm X said 'we have been had, took and bamboozled.'  What's still described as an oil spill is more like an oil volcano spewing tens of millions of gallons of toxic crude, poisoning the ocean and surrounding shorelines. Oil is the life blood of our planet and we've been bleeding her to death for a hundred years. 

Everyone of us needs to stop our dramas and deal with this.  The ocean, like hemp, is an oxygen source so whatever drama folks are working on, without sufficient air, is a waste of time.  We've already lost over 2 months on useless dramas while even a simple hemp phytoremediation program remains the illegal solution. If you live around the Gulf of Mexico it is wise to move by some estimates at least 50 miles inland, check the air for toxic readings.  Elevated levels of toxins in the air, land and water are proven to cause long term health problems from chronic exposure. 

• The actual oil spill numbers are closer to 4 million gallons per day. (A Hemp Phytoremediation Program Can Help With Gulf Oilspill Crisis)
• People are breathing the toxins from the toxic gulf crude.  Those bubbles you see in the escaping oil is methane. Medical hemp helps with respiratory and digestive problems. For more information check out the book Hemp For Victory: The Wonder Herb.
• Benzene is in the air at a recorded on land rate of 3,400 parts per billion. 0-4 ppb is considered safe.
• Hydrogen Sulfide 1,200 ppb, 5-10 ppb is considered safe.
• Methylene Cloride 3,000 to 4,000 ppb

The economy is shattered since two of its foundation industries, fishing and tourism, are in danger.  The beauty and peace we use to be able to find at the ocean's edge in the Gulf of Mexico have been replaced by the horror of millions of gallons of crude floating on the surface as dead animals wash up on shore.

Even the EPA, who lied about the dangers in the dust that resulted in World Trade Center Illness, is reporting elevated levels of toxins in the air, on shore. Yet, no mass evacuations are in place.  No checks financed by a hemp tax issued for residents in need of a new place to be due to toxins in 'da hood.  The health situation is so critical I propose the name "Gulf of Mexico Illness" or "GMI".

The National Resources Defense Council reported a short list of the toxins that resulted from the exploded World Trade Center.  A database needs to be maintained for what therapies are working for those exposed to the WTC chemical list.  Another cross referenced list should be applied to GMI.  Like hemp can help with one, I suspect hemp will also help with the other.

An internal memo was released from BP this weekend explaining what they perceive as a worst case scenario. There are others with even more dire predictions based on wisdom and common sense.





Now hold onto yourself for even more information.  Just know that it is up to us to save ourselves.  Pray, read your holy books, meditate, then act like your life depends on it, because it does.

The government, corporations nothing else other than the manufacturer, the Lord, can help us now.  His hemp tool is designed for such a purpose.  We just need the balls to use it. 

Jeff Rense Radio interviewed Pastor Lindsey Williams author of The Energy Non-Crisis on what's really happened in the Gulf and why people need to evacuate that area now.  Information is power and both men in the interview are information powerhouses in the Honest Thought movement.

  (To put those numbers in perspective consider that the Bureau of Reclamation reports that the Hoover Dam balances a maximum water pressure at the base of 45,000 pounds per square foot.)
  (Remember hemp plastic or is 10X stronger than steel according to Henry Ford, who made a car from hemp and other plants. Hempcrete, a hemp based concrete may be of help in creating covers and sealing cracks to stop the volcanos may also help.  How thick would the hemp plastic seals and new floor have to be to create an opposing force stronger than 70,000 plus what scientists recommend?)
• Additional oil plumes have been discovered 5-20 miles away. 
• And much more vital information for those dealing with this crisis.

As such, theres much too much to recap in last nights episode, but heres a summary: (emphases added throughout)

The basic premise of the episode, via TruTV: Whether global warming is real or not, some people may be using the issue to earn billions of dollars, start a one-world government and control peoples lives.

Even though he acknowledges that Al Gore could make billions from this conspiracy, Ventura lets him off the hook over accusations that hes trying to control the world. Hes too public, you see. Ventura: I know Al Gore, I dont think hes out to do that. Theres got to be someone else behind this.

Ventura brings his experience in politics to bear: The one thing I learned in government: if you want to find the answer to a question, follow the money.

Eventually, Ventura is led to Maurice Strong, formerly a top UN official and leading environmentalist advocate, now a businessman in China. Venturas correspondent in China says that Strong is a double agent pretending to be an environmentalist. Ventura: Not so green. Or if its green, its the green of money. We never actually see Strong, though we see his house in China, which is scarily surrounded by barbed wire.
Edmund de Rothschild is also brought into this, somehow. Strong was his right-hand man, and he wanted a one-world bank, and then came the Euro. Countries began throwing away their own currencies and adopting the Euro. In each case, the citizens have a little less power. (this is read over scary footage of a sheepdog herding sheep)

Climategate, which happened after the episode was filmed, is shoehorned in: only a theory? Within days of Jesses meeting and his words about Watergate, the global warming conspiracy would explode into a scandal called Climategate [scientists] obscured, massaged, or destroyed inconvenient temperature data. And the evidence showed that they did it for the money. More panic equaled more funding."

Yolanda Madden Set Free, For Now 12/18/09

Odessa, TX - Yolanda Madden is a free woman and says she was falsely imprisoned for 4 years.

Madden was first arrested back in 2005 on drug charges.

Months later, in 2006, she was convicted.

In 2008 ex-drug officer Barry Cooper set-up Odessa Police to bring attention to Madden's case.

Then last in November, an evidentiary hearing was granted and on Friday, December 1, 2009 Federal Judge Rob Junell vacated her sentence.

On Friday, December 18, 2009, she was set free but there is a possible re-trial this coming March.

"I dropped her off in prison; toughest thing I ever did in my life," said Raymond Madden, Yolandas father.

Painful memories that melt away as Yolanda Madden emerges a free woman an emotional reunion that came at a price.

"Four years. We've been working for four years and its been a struggle, we've been stonewalled," Raymond Madden continued.

Madden said he spent his entire life savings gathering the evidence he says proves his daughter innocent.

"If he knows he's right, he doesn't give up," said Doris Madden-Purdy, Ramonds mother.

An unstoppable drive, even through Yolanda's darkest moments.

"A couple years ago we had a conversation and I think I was ready to stop and he wouldn't do it, he wouldn't do it and I'm thankful that he believed in this the whole time and just didn't stop," said Yolanda Madden.

Now she goes home to her grandmothers - a place that's been the stuff of dreams until now.

"We've just struggled for this day for so long and just to be able to hold her hand and to feel her close, it's just a wonderful feeling," said Madden-Purdy.

A feeling the family says should give others hope.

"If they know theyre right, just keep fighting for it as long as they can," Madden-Purdy continued.

Its a continuing fight for the Madden family as Yolanda faces a retrial this spring.

But for today, just for this moment, it's family and freedom.

"I'm just glad to be home," said Yolanda Madden.

We've been warned.

Talk about the will of the government superseding the will of the people. The government wants war, the people want peace and prosperity. The government's solution is to microwave the people who protest in favor of World Peace, as demonstrated by the targets used.

Our military is hijacked and it's up to we the people to set them free. Like the US government executed students at Kent State, part of a family at Ruby Ridge, a community, children included, in Waco, Texas, etc., they are now ready to turn on the microwaves to make people do what they want. The only complaint reported is it does not kill....to which I add, yet. All they have to do is up the power and it's lethal. This is not rocket science.

How does the ray gun make sense to anybody sane? What happens when the gun falls into the "wrong" hands, like local gang members shopping on the black market? Are there any cancer or other long term health risks from a direct blast(s) of unprotected high energy microwaves?

The 60 Minutes report said the waves go 3 layers deep into skin and create an intense burning sensation that folks can stand up to for 3-4 seconds. It seemed like a mini HAARP machine that works directly on people rather than on the environment or the planet.

There is a very disturbing reports on HAARP as the source of the recent earthquakes in China.

How Senator Hillary Clinton Answered the 9/11 & 9/13 calls

As an independent voter in Arizona , I really did try to stay silent on the subject of the candidacy of Hillary Clinton. On this side of her 3 am ad, I am compelled to note her track record of response to national crisis, using 9/11 as an example.



My research on the subject of World Trade Center Illness is posted .

When I tried to contact her office at the time on the issue, the posting said to contact my senator here in Arizona, Senator John McCain. I did and nothing constructive came from his office either. Senator Obama’s responsibility was not in New York or AZ, so I didn’t contact him. Didn’t even know of him at the time.

As Senator of the state of New York , Senator Clinton has a leadership responsibility to New Yorkers. She had access to the media to speak common sense in the face of lunacy. In times of crisis, the power that resides in her office can command the attention necessary to get things done to save lives.

Yet, when she got the call that her state was under attack on 9/11, what did she do?

1. At the first sign of trouble, though she claims to be military alert, did anybody in her office noticed that the military was on stand down in war games at the time?

“8:30 a.m. September 11, 2001: US Military Holding ‘Practice Armageddon’ Nationwide Training Exercise called Global Guardian, an annual military exercise.”

After the first plane hit, should not somebody in her office been on the phone to the military about what was up? Her state was under attack. Should she release those communication records?

2. When the city was put on lock down, did Senator Clinton demand citizens be evacuated or was she silent in the face of New Yorkers unable to leave the site where the toxic dust was airborne, landing on food, water, clothing, books and buildings?

3. When the buildings were exploded, as demonstrated in the videos of the day, did Senator Clinton tell the people of New York to get out of there. or did she stay silent on the obvious health dangers?

4. Did Senator Clinton pull out all the stops to get the first responders and residents protective gear when they needed it most?

Call For A Constitutional Convention

If we are to save ourselves, we've got to stop following the lead of the dead and determine our own destiny.

In this, the Information Age, we need a new management style to successfully run our society.
I believe it's time to call for a Constitutional Convention because running on yesterday's rules is producing a toxic society.

The United States Constitution (consitution) is clearly an agricultural age document.

We must focus on the present, which is where the solutions to our problems are.

Updating the constitution to factor in the internet in the democracy process, automatic weapons, the enhanced ability for the people to govern ourselves, project management where everyone has equal access to information would make a dramatic difference in the healing of this nation and the constitution should reflect modern realities. Why should the right to have a gun be in the constitution and not the right to an education?

Here's a few of the issues in the constitution I think need to be addressed. I am not a constitutional scholar and am writing this in an effort to get the government's feet off our necks.

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."
Based on results, this is clearly not working. Laws that govern the people should be voted on by the people. Congress, who works for us, should submit laws to the people to be voted on for final acceptance or rejection. We have the technology to do that which did not exist in colonial times.
In the information age, we the people have the ability to govern ourselves. That needs to be factored in.

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, (chosen by the Legislature thereof,) (The preceding words in parentheses superseded by 17th Amendment, section 1.) for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote."

The senators from Rhode Island have as much influence as the senators from California. Does that make any sense to anybody? All animals are created equal but some animals are created more equal than others.
The result of this legislation in modern times is even after the congress passes something that the people want, a rare event, it is frequently killed when it reaches the senate, which is not based on representing the people.

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

How is one to live as a free person with congress acting like slave masters? According to this they can (and do) take my money, take out loans in my name, tell me how I can interact with folks here and in other countries, declare war and do all sorts of fuckery in my name, like pretend not to know that 9/11 was an inside job and rule accordingly.
Bush & Co. created TREASON and the only way they are still in power is because congress, with the heroic exception of Dennis Kucinich who has called for Impeachment, is pretending not to know they ar killing us with their policies of toxic energy, food, water and air. They've made war a priority over education and health care and we the people have no say through fixed voting machines.

This is the Amendment that gave us GWB and other horrors. This should read one man (with or without a womb) one verifiable vote.

In modern times the internet should be factored into the voting process with paper print outs that any citizen can use to verify their vote was correctly counted, unlike the recent New Hampshire primary that had a state that was shouting change have a vote count going for the pro war candidates Hillary Clinton and McCain.

Yes, since the 1970's, when I first met Flo Kennedy, I've believed it's time for a constitutional convention that factors in the visions and thinking of women too.

The author of the constitution's first draft, Thomas Jefferson, was at least 5% Black according to Dr. Leroy Vaughn, MD, MBA, Historian and author of Black People And Their Place In World History.

It would be a breath of clean air to have, in addition to more Black and White folks input, we include more Indian, Asian, Latino and other folks input for this to reflect modern America. A constitutional convention is needed. It can be done one the web.

In the mid 70’s I met a most extraordinary person, Flo Kennedy. She was one of those larger than life folks who dedicated her life to making the world better.

She was a lawyer and activist who graduated from Columbia University’s Law School.

We met when I was on my way to work at Black Rock on a day when Flo was having a rally outside of the building chanting “CBS take a stand, no more ads for the Kruger Rand.”

She took me aside and said ‘Sister, don’t you know that CBS is helping the South African government make money by selling their currency, the Kruger Rand.’ She explained how I was making money helping folks who were keeping Nelson Mandela in jail by working there.

During later conversations she schooled me on the evil of the electoral college as the key to the new American slave system.

As a hippie from the 60’s I was horrified at who I had become, a human in service to a plantation/corporation. My illusions of career were shattered. I was in violation of Gandhi’s basic law of being, “Do not participate in anything you believe is evil.” Her warning helped me save myself, which was her purpose.

Letting go made room for a much fuller life.

I question the timing of her death in December 2000, shortly after the first election of our current President of the United States. Maybe she died from a broken heart, seeing her warning come to pass. Based on results, she was right about the electoral college too.

Bill Maher Has A Right To Believe A Lie

In these times, Bill Maher has taken a stand against truth and free speech. It is his right to do so. It is my right to turn the television off until he get's his mind back to truth. Let me know when he gets real again. I'll miss his show.

Talk about 'what is he pretending not to know.'

That he won't even look at the 9/11 evidence is strange. Why can't he even look? What about the thermite? How does he explain building 7? What about the constant reports of explosions that can be heard in the phone calls from folks in the building? How did everything get pulverized, even things that fell from the top or were hit by the dust from the falling building at the bottom? Why create the lie from the EPA report? Why was the city on lockdown before the buildings fell? What about the reported explosions from under the building? If it fell from fire, why were there fires burning at the base of the building for about 100 days? What about the clean angle cuts of some of the remaining beams in the rubble? Could there have been a reason the president took 7 minutes to respond other than plain stupid? Why didn't his handlers or secret service rush him out of the school room when the "planes" hit? How many buildings have imploded as a result of being hit by a plane?

My how the world has gone from dumb to stupid.

9/11 Truthers Respond to Bill Maher

I thank the folks who made this video. It's helped me lighten up a bit.

We've all stumbled from time to time. I believe Bill Maher will catch up.

I think Bill is just suffering from a case of shell shock and knows he's lucky to be alive and smoking.

Folks who speak out about 9/11 put their careers on the line, i.e. last season on The View. Hunter Thompson, Gary Webb, Paul Wellstone and his family, plus all the victims of 9/11 in their uncounted numbers...the folks responsible for 9/11 as an inside job don't play. They do what they think they can get away with and murder is on the list.

Bill may have had to suck something to get his show on HBO after being thrown off ABC's public air, like what happened to Donohue on MSNBC because of the war for WMD's. Wasn't it Bill who gave us Man Coulter, the drag queen from hell, who he outted on a recent program?

One can only pretend not to know so much when we become adults.

I'm confident that Bill will get over it and may become Truth's biggest advocate. I know how angry I am, and I ain't got no TV show, nor a friend who was on one of the "planes."

He can only deny the truth for so long because, as magnetic generator (N-Machine) inventor Bruce DePalma said, "Truth has a ring to it which is unmistakable to those in search of it."

Bill built his career on the search for what's below the bullshit. That he mentioned on his show to please don't bother him with 9/11 truth, basically because he doesn't want to look at the evidence, let's me know it's in his face, if only in a soulful way.

Hemp has a way at eating lies from one's spirit that creates great, positive transformation, i.e. Bill's recent public withdrawal of his endorsement of Cong. Ron Paul as his "hero."

I went into surprise when he endorsed Ron Paul because Congressman Paul hasn't given up the name of the staffer who wrote those racist comments that he said he didn't say.

Plus, Congressman Paul wants to go strictly by the constitution, and that's the document used to justify the current president via the electoral college. Bush was able to legally steal the election because of the constitution. If you can find the writings of Flo Kennedy, she taught extensively on this subject. I suspect based only on timing her death with Bush's election. The will of the people as demonstrated by the vote is ignored and we got the bushwacker. We need a constitutional congress to update the document for modern times and Dr. Paul is a pure constitutionalist.

It is dangerous to use agricultural age thinking in this, the information age. Bill has an information age mind set without being wed to any of the technologies.

As long as Bill's still smoking I'm confident he will figure it out and share what he's learned because at this moment, he looks like a sellout, morphed into O'Reilley, morphing back to reality in real time.

Chauncey Bailey - Genocide or Homocide Reading

Chauncey Bailey was the hardest working man in journalism.

Ignored by big media, Chauncey fought for decades for the voiceless, telling their stories and the lessons they reveal, even if big media never listened.

Here's what I learned from Chauncey's piece above GENOCIDE OR HOMICIDE: BLACK ON BLACK MURDERS.

Take two humans in America, one White, the other Black.

Everything in their experience is equal, education, social standing, health, finances, etc. The only difference is exposure to racism in America.

Chauncey reported the Department of Justice statistic that the Black person is six times more likely to be the victim of homicide and seven times more likely to commit homicide.

The stress burden of racism in a human life is go great that for many, violence is perceived as the only acceptable solution to a problem, especially since the peace pipe is illegal.

The pressure must be relieved if these numbers are to change.

Like Dennis Kucinich said in this summer’s YouTube CNN Presidential Debate, this country needs to repair the damage it’s done in order to go forward in peace and prosperity.

Paul Mooney - Lead The National Conversation On Government

I have issues with the federal government regarding corruption and global warming.

I understand in these times if this is too heavy for the politically correct Paul Mooney but I pray that he and other comics of conscious take the reigns as we endeavor in a journey of truth.

Heroic journalist Chauncey Bailey, who spoke truth to folks who needed to hear it, was executed on the streets of Oakland this week for writing against the Nation of Islam (like what happened to Malcolm X - another show). There is always risk in speaking truth.

Yet, those who remain, must continue to use every opportunity to promote ‘what’s going on’ so we can solve our problems and party hearty.

9/11 was an inside job and those folks are still in office. The media lies to us damn near every day with the fable of the 19 lucky Arabs when the military was away at war games. Will somebody please run the video tape of the buildings being exploded and talk with Alex Jones of Prison Planet.

Also the problem of World Trade Center Illness has not been addressed. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of folks were exposed to the toxic soup called the World Trade Center.

Toxic energy like oil, nuclear, coal and others thrive with our government taking a payoff in the form of gas tax. Government policy of acceptable pollution levels has created global warming (toxic energy approved), their greed created crack (Iran Contra), the rapid advancement of AIDS (And The Band Played On) and other diseases with an environmental, food or stress root. And what about environmental racism in New York and other places?

The money that has gone into the Iraq wars for oil should have been put into maintaining and improving the country, i.e. roads, schools, health solutions, computerization (i.e. public grades 1-14 daily lessons and correction service – text books delivered no charge as ebooks and hardware provided if needed). Criminal decision making, or as it was called in the old days, treason, like revealing the identity of a CIA agent or failing to have adequate levees for a Cat. 2 hurricane. Another court show is what happened on the Danziger Bridge that resulted in those folks being executed.

The Constitution has been raped, the Bill of Rights wronged, and freedom perceived as an impossible concept in modern times. They’ve shortchanged the school system and wonder why more young Black men are in jail than college. They made parenting illegal by denying a parent the right to spank (not kill) their children and ask why the living dead are populating the gangs. Not all children need to be spanked, but for sure there are many who do.

Our government sets acceptable levels of poison in our food, water and air, without cross checking their interaction. Our rampant disease crisis reflect the toilet known as our unchecked food supply. It is illegal for farmers to test for mad cow according to Howard Lyman, the Mad Cowboy.

The clean energy, a biomass champion, hemp, is illegal to grow. A simple step of growing massive amounts of hemp on 20% of unused federal land will suck the excess CO2 from the atmosphere, which by whatever source it got there, needs to be reduced.

I urge you to read HEMP FOR VICTORY: A GLOBAL WARMING SOLUTION by Richard M. Davis of the USA Hemp Museum, a private museum with a virtual wing for more information on the subject. I also recommend speaking with Bruce Margolin, Esq. about what laws are in the way from us at least trying to save ourselves from the ravages of global warming.

Hemp is key to solving global warming and must be made legal now. We’ve made nature illegal and wonder why we have a problem with the environment. An immediate restoration of the family farm system could manage and profit from growing and selling the hemp crops. Uncounted unemployed can find business and employment opportunities. In some environments we’re talking 4 crops a year because hemp grows fast and can be converted on site to energy and/or shipped to create 50,000 other constructive uses like building materials, paper, fabric, etc. Indoor growing should be encouraged with tax credits given for cleaning the air. Legalizing and taxing at 20% will more than cover global warming related costs.

The federal government has no action plan in place in case the bees don't return next year. Hemp is a wind, not bee pollinated food source. Yet, we have to import hemp from other countries when we could grow our own. Of course I have a long personal list of problems I have with the folks writing the laws that we are subject to without having read or been informed of their contents. This just covers a few of the main points.

The congress people don’t even read all the laws they pass, yet we are expected to live by them.
Enough is enough.

Personalities to consider to answer or grow from the charges are found in the White House, the Industrial/Military/Congressional complex that Eisenhower spoke of in his farewell address, the Departments of Agriculture, Energy, Food and Drug and Education. I’d recommend the Department of Justice but........
